The Parts Database · Member Resource
8,200+ AP1 & AP2 part numbers, cross-referenced by 41,000 owners across 62 countries.
S2000Rally's parts database is the largest crowd-sourced S2000 compatibility reference on the web — OEM and aftermarket SKUs from AP1 Parts Co., K-Tuned, Comptech, and 28 more, each tagged with verified fitment notes from real installs. Full SKU filtering and the build-sheet save tool are member-gated.
What the database actually does
More than a SKU list — a working tuning notebook backed by real installation evidence.
-
01
Chassis-aware filtering
Every entry is tagged AP1 (2000–2003) or AP2 (2004–2009) and surfaced only against the chassis you've selected — no more scrolling past JDM-only coilovers to find the USDM equivalent.
-
02
Verified fitment notes
Each SKU carries install notes from members who actually bolted it on — clearance issues, required bushings, ECU recalibration flags, and known conflicts with OEM parts.
-
03
Cross-brand compatibility
One entry, every equivalent. We cross-reference the same part across AP1 Parts Co., K-Tuned, Comptech, and 28 other partners so you can spec by function, not by brand loyalty.
-
04
Member-contributed dyno snippets
When a member logs a before/after pull, the result attaches to the relevant SKUs — labeled with the correction factor (JDM vs USDM, STD vs corrected) so the numbers mean something.
How a part number earns its way in
The editorial rigor behind every record.
A SKU doesn't appear in the database because a vendor said so. Each entry is submitted by a verified S2000 owner, then reviewed by one of our four contracted technical reviewers — most of them professional fabricators or licensed smog technicians — before it goes live. The reviewer checks the fitment claim against the documented install, confirms the part number against the manufacturer's current catalog, and rejects anything that reads as a paid placement or an unverified vendor claim.
Dyno numbers are only attached to a record when the contributor has labeled the correction factor (JDM vs USDM, corrected vs STD) and named the dyno facility or load type. If those labels are missing, the chart stays in the queue. This is the same standard we apply to our long-form build logs and our forum's technical threads — and it's why the database has held up as a working reference since 2007.
Members can flag any entry for re-review. Flags land on the editorial queue within 24 hours and either pull the record for re-verification or attach a public correction note explaining the dispute. We do not silently edit history.
